Privacy Policy

Last updated September 7, 2026. Short version: your designs and keys are yours. We collect the minimum needed to run the bench.

What we store

Account profile. When you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from that provider. This identifies your session and nothing else.

Your boards. PCB projects you create (circuit files) are stored so they survive between visits — on your own machine in local use, or in our hosted database on the production service. Chat threads stay in your browser only.

Your API keys — never with us. Model keys you paste into the vault stay in your browser's local storage. Server-side keys, when configured by the operator, live in server environment variables. Keys are sent only to the AI provider you selected, per request.

What we never do

No advertising trackers. No analytics beacons. Your designs, prompts, and files are never used to train models — ours or anyone else's. We do not sell personal data, because there is nothing to sell.

Cookies and local data

An encrypted session cookie keeps you signed in (30 days). Your theme choice and recent chat threads live in your browser's local storage and never leave your device except to the providers you chose.

Deletion

Delete a board in the bench and its files are removed. To delete your account data entirely (profile + boards), write to vickynishad110@gmail.com and it will be removed within 30 days.
